PREMILL TYHJÄon yhteensopiva hammasimplanttien CAD CAM Dentium DIO DENTIS ADIN Zimmer Nobel Osstem Dentaire -implanttien kanssa, 4 akselin jyrsintäkoneprosessin jälkeen se voidaan valmistaa 10 mm, 14 mm tai 16 mm esijyrsittynä titaanituhoina.

Raaka-aineetPREMILL TYHJÄ is grade 5 medical titanium alloy. This materials are hard materials among biological materials. Biomaterials refer to structural materials that can be implanted in the human body, and are at the intersection of materials science and biomedicine.It is not only a component of biomedical engineering, but also a component of materials science. As a medical biological material, dental materials are obviously different from industrial materials. The dental materials implanted in the oral cavity must meet medical-grade standards, mainly with the following requirements:

2.Good mechanical properties. Mainly manifested in the following aspects: sufficient strength and toughness, fatigue resistance, Non-deformation, elasticity and tissue compatibility,Wear and wear properties are compatible with tissues and have good wear resistance

3.Stable physical and chemical properties, means that the dental material used must remain highly insert in the oral cavity and cannot be changed due to implantation. This requires the dental material to be resistant to dissolution and erosion by oral saliva.as the crowns, pontics, etc. made will always be immersed in human saliva

4.Easy to process, shape and produce. In order to achieve the due dimensional accuracy, the material must have good cold-processing or hot-processing performance
